Hosts Morocco booked a place in the final after a 4-2 penalty shootout victory over Black Queens of Ghana in Rabat.
The semi-final fixture ended 1-1 in regulation time.
Morocco converted all four spot kicks, while the Black Queens netted twice.
The Super Falcons of Nigeria defeated defending champions South Africa 2-1 in the competition’s first semi-final.
Justine Madugu’s side will be aiming to avenge their loss to Morocco in the semi-final three years ago.
Nigeria have never lost in the final of the WAFCON, and are seeking a record- extending 10th title.
Morocco, who lost 2-1 to South Africa three years ago will be appearing in their second consecutive final.
