The video has emerged of a rat which got high on Cannabis after it stumbled into the exhibit room of the National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA.
NDLEA spokesman, Femi Babafemi shared the video on his twitter handle with the background warning from NDLEA officials that what happened to the rat is a lesson to people not to follow friends to consume what they are consuming. (GWG)
