Supporters of Vice-president Yemi Osinbajo who had been laying siege to the lobby of the Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja, venue of the screening of All Progressive Congress, APC, presidential aspirants erupted with joy when he (Osinbajo) sauntered in on Tuesday to face the John Odigie-Oyegun committee.
It was song, dance and adulation as Osinbajo, accompanied by leaders of hus campaign team and security men, strode calmly into and through the lobby raising his right hand to acknowledge his tumultuous supporters.
A national leader of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, received a similar reception on Monday, when he was in Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja, to be screened by the committee.
