“Until he passed away, daddy always spoke highly of Urhobo Leadership Forum Abuja,” he said.

Speaking on behalf of the Forum, Olorogun Igho stated:
“From our founding father, Senator Chief Fred Brume, through various Excos and members till date, we have always received warm welcome from Pa EK Clark.

“His life and wisdom inspired and influenced many of our actions and decisions.

“He fought relentlessly for fairness and equity. He was dauntless in speaking truth to power, but in all of these, he was very adamant on the need for unity, unity that guarantees peace and progress for Nigeria.

“We at the Urhobo leadership forum deeply appreciate him and thank him not just for his contributions to our forum, but also to Nigeria as a whole.

“We will promote our primary objectives, but will build bridges to relate to other well-meaning Nigerians, just like Pa EK Clark , for the unity and progress of Nigeria.

“We commiserate with his immediate family and his Bekederemo dynasty of Kiagbodo and his lineage of Urhobo, Isoko and Itshekiri nations, and also the entire Niger Delta region.

“May his soul rest in peace. Amen.”

“We are one people. Only as one person can we move forward. Only as one people can we succeed.

“Only as one people, can we become prosperous, and we can create a country that is better for Nigerians.
