The Urhobo Leadership Forum, Abuja [ULFA] has felicitated Delta State Deputy Governor, Sir Monday Onyeme, on his 60th birthday.
The message of goodwill was conveyed to the Deputy Governor by the President of ULFA, Olorogun Peter Igho, MFR, on behalf of the Forum.
