Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani has appointed Prof. Abubakar Sani Sambo as the Commissioner of Education.
Sani also redeployed the outgoing Commissioner of Education, Prof. Sani Bello, in the newly created Ministry of Information.
The governor appointed Gloria Ibrahim as the Commissioner of Youth Development.
The appointments were announced in a statement issued by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Ibraheem Musa, on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.
Musa noted that the appointments and redeployment were with immediate effect.
He quoted Sani to have congratulated Sambo and Ibrahim on their “well deserved appointments”, and wished them “God’s guidance and protection in their new assignments.”
