President Bola Tinubu has returned to Abuja from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), where he stopped over after attending the G20 summit in New Delhi, India.

President Tinubu arrived at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport on Tuesday night.

He was received by a high-level delegation of government officials, led by Vice President Kashim Shettima.

Other top Government officials include FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike.

The President departed Abuja on Monday, September 4, 2023, to attend the G-20 Summit in New Delhi, India.

The summit served as a platform for extensive discussions on vital topics, including the global economy, climate change, and international security

He departed New Delhi on Sunday, to Abu Dhabi, to meet with his counterpart in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

His Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, said the stopover was part of a follow-up discussion to address issues already initiated by the UAE Ambassador in Abuja.

At UAE, Tinubu was able to address bilateral issues and investment with private and public authorities in the country.
