Hebrews 12:2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Where there is a purpose, there will also be price for that purpose. The prompt understanding of this will save your destiny. Jesus Christ for instance undertood what his purpose was and the price that accompanied it. He knew death was the price of his glory and that he was meant to die on the cross, there was rather no alternative way to his death. Once you escape the price of your purpose, you can never enjoy that purpose. Also, you must be willing to carry your cross, bear and endure the pain.
Hebrews 12:2-4; Matt.20:20-22
When you are ready to do these things, no height is unreachable no matter how high it is. While you are willing to bear the pain and carry your cross, you must place value on your purpose. No one enjoys what he or she does not value. It is the value of your purpose that determines the value of your price.
Paying The Price of Your Purpose
1) Define & Value your purpose. You can do this addressing the following questions;
♦️ What do I really want in life?
♦️Why do I want it?
2) Value your purpose. ♦️Estimate the worth or value of your goals and pursuits.
♦️Find out the relevance of the achievement of your desire to your life and destiny.
♦️Let the achievement of your purpose excite and trill you.
Your purpose may not be valued by others but you must value your purpose and appreciate it.
Impossibility is an imported word for the lazy and those that don’t value their purpose.
Remember that no prayer can exempt you from paying the price of your purpose. As much as prayer is important, there is a great need to value your purpose.
