Gunmen raided the Tsohuwar Kasuwa region of Kaura Namoda, Zamfara state, in the early hours of Friday, abducting nine people and rustling five cattle.
The terrorists invaded the neighbourhood about 2 a.m., according to a report by African Gazette.
Another source said the bandits kidnapped nine people in front of three homes.
According to him, they kidnapped two of Alhaji Sabitu’s wives, Umma Sabitu and Zulaihatu Sabitu, as well as his three daughters, Jamila Sabitu, Ihsan Sabitu, and Hafsat Sabitu, and his son, Hussaini Sabitu.
Terrorists seized Abdulshakur Rabe and Mamu Rabe from the resilience of one Rabe Sarkawa, and his daughter, Aisha Sahabi Na Alaye, from the resilience of one Sahabi Na Alaye.
The terrorists also rustled five cattle.
