A former governor of Abia State and Chief Whip of Senate, Orji Uzor Kalu has called on Igbo voters in Nigeria to vote for All Progressives Congress governorship candidates in Lagos, Kaduna, and Borno, among others, in the March 18 election.
In a post on his social media account, Kalu wrote: “As the day for the gubernatorial election draw closer, it is important our people align with competence and performance and support people-oriented candidates across the country.
“The candidates of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos, Kaduna, Borno and others deserve maximum support of the Igbos.
“I urge all our people in these states to cast all their votes for the candidates of the APC.
“When you vote for the APC, you have an opportunity to promote, move forward, and positively influence the places where you reside.”
