Ekiti South Senator Biodun Olujimi has withdrawn from the governorship primary election of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in Ekiti State.
Olujimi, who is considered to be among the top contenders in the election, said she felt disenfranchised by the party.
“I feel disenfranchised. I feel like the party does not believe in my presence there. I believe the party does not believe in whatever I have done, so I have pulled out,” she said.
