Christiano Ronaldo didn’t even have to step onto the pitch to make history Sunday.

The Juventus star captured the Capocannoniere as the top scorer in Serie A this season, finishing with a league-best 29 goals despite failing to appear in his team’s victory over Bologna on the final day of the campaign.

In taking home the individual accolade, Ronaldo became the first player to complete a season as the leading scorer in the Premier League, La Liga, and Serie A.

Juve finished fourth this term, locking up a Champions League berth in dramatic fashion on Sunday. Inter Milan claimed the Scudetto, ending the Old Lady’s nine-year run of dominance.
