Former Chief Whip of the Senate and National Executive Council member of the Peoples Democratic Party, Rowland Owie, has congratulated ex Senate President, David Mark, as he celebrates his 75th birthday.
In a statement issued on Saturday, the ex Whip extolled the virtues of Senator Mark, a soldier, legislator, and gentleman.

He has served with distinction in various capacities, including as President of the Senate, where he left an indelible mark of excellence, and as a Senator representing Benue South Senatorial District.
