Dean of the School of Postgraduate Studies, University of Abuja, Professor Ukertor Gabriel Moti, has congratulated Senator George Akume on his recent appointment and inauguration as the 21st Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF).

Moti, an internationally renowned Professor of Public Sector Management and Governance, who once worked with Akume in the Government House Makurdi, noted that the people of the North Central geo-political zone were honoured to have George Akume oversee the massive administrative machinery of the Federal Government of Nigeria.

He expressed confidence that Senator Akume, a former governor of Benue State and immediate past Minister of Special Duties & Inter-Governmental Affairs, would indeed not disappoint Nigerians as he has promised, bearing in mind his past experience in politics and governance.
