Former Petroleum Minister, Chief Don Obot Etiebet paid a condolence visit to the daughter of the late Herbert Wigwe, Tochi, in her father’s newly-inaugurated house on Queens Drive, Ikoyi.
Tochi, as learnt, had a narrow escape as she was billed to travel with the family and her name was on the manifest but she missed the departure from Lagos as she was attending a work retreat and returned late.
