Yobe governor, Hon Mai Mala Buni is on the “rampage” turning communities in the state into huge construction sites.

Buni is practically linking communities together with solid network of roads that had cost several billions of Naira and also deploying resources in other development projects.
Specifically, the Buni administration is building the Danchuwa-Jajere 34km road.
It has completed the 13km Jajimaji-Karasuwa road.
The administration is constructing the Truck Transit Park in Potiskum. Work is at 65% completion stage.
Other projects are a new Emergency Pediatrics Unit (EPU) built inside Yobe State Specialist Hospital Damaturu, a swamp buggy machine procured for the Yobe State Ministry of Environment to undertake the clearing of typha grass in the Nguru wetlands and restore agricultural and fishing activities long affected by the overgrowth of typha grass, and the construction of Yunusari modern market, which is at 60% completion stage.
They also included: the construction of Geidam Modern Market, which is nowgimb at 65% completion stage and the fully completed Chumbuso-Tagali road.
