Minister of State for Budget and National Planning, Prince Clem Ikanade Agba, on Tuesday, at the Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, hosted the third meeting of the National Steering Committee (NSC) for the Preparation of the Medium-Term National Development Plans (MTNDPs) 2021 – 2025 & 2026 – 2030 and the Nigeria Agenda 2050.
The NSC is the topmost-level Committee in the plans’ governance structure.
In attendance at the meeting were Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning and co-chair of the Committee (government side), Mrs Zainab Ahmed and Co-Chair for private sector, Mr Atedo Petersfield who is an economist, entrepreneur and investment banker.
Others were Governor of Bauchi State, Bala Mohammed; Governor of Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu; Governor of Ekiti State, Kayode Fayemi; and His Eminence, Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar III.
Minister of Women Affairs, Dame Pauline Tallen; Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Malam Mustafa Bello and Permanent Secretary in the Budget and Planning ministry, Mrs Olusola Idowu, were also in attendance.
