Minister of State for Budget and National Planning, Prince Clem Ikanade Agba on Tuesday received in audience, His Excellency, Kim Young-Chae, the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Nigeria and a delegation from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
They met minds on the domestication status of the framework of grant aid and technical cooperation between Korea and Nigeria.
