Whereas Rivers State under Governor Nyesom Wike, aka “Mr Project” is delivering on all fronts- paying pensioners, workers and inaugurating mind-boggling projects, Governor Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa of Delta allowed the mischief of non-payment of pensioners’ benefit to escape. Why?
Analysts say this is scandalous and that Governor Okowa cannot be excused. If Wike can ride the storm with Rivers’ money, Okowa should do better with Delta’s money.
