PDP mourns Zamfara state chairman, Ibrahim Mallaha


The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Monday expressed grief over the death of the Chairman of its Zamfara State Chapter, Alhaji Ibrahim Mallaha, describing his death as a huge loss not only to the PDP but also to the nation.

The party, in a statement by the National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, described Alhaji Mallaha’s as a very patriotic Nigerian, an excellent grassroots mobiliser and outstanding democrat, who dedicated his life in the service of our nation and the advancement of humanity at large, for which he wouls be remembered by generations yet unborn.

“Alhaji Mallaha remained a loyal partyman, who made huge sacrifices for the unity, stability, development of Zamfara state as well as the success of our great party not only in Zamfara state but also at the national level,” PDP.

The party commiserated with Governor Bello Matawalle, the Mallaha family, the government and people of Zamfara state as well as the PDP fold in Zamfara state for “this irreparable loss and prays the Almighty Allah to grant eternal rest to the faithful departed.”
