The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), on Saturday, announced that it would hold its 96th National Executive Committee (NEC) on Wednesday, May 4, 2022.
National Secretary of the PDP, Senator Samuel Anyanwu, who announced this in a statement issued to newsmen in Abuja, said the meeting would commenced by 2 pm.
Senator Anyanwu said that the meeting would hold at the NEC Hall, PDP National Secretariat, Wadata Plaza, Abuja.
He urged all members of the NEC to attend the meeting.
Meanwhile, the agenda of the meeting was not disclosed.
There were feelers that the party would, among other things, discuss and take consequential decisions on the issues of zoning of the presidential ticket, the party’s primary and other ancillary matters related to 2023 general elections.
