Pastor Reuben Wilson member Governing Council University of Uyo Akwa Ibom State and founder of Pastor Reuben Initiative for Good Leadership and Accountability, PRIFGLA, has, on behalf of initiative felicitated Chief Dennis Otiotio on his appointment as Chairman of Governing Board Federal College of Agriculture, Ishiagu.
In a statement signed by Pastor Reuben Wilson and made available to newsmen in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital, he described the appointment as well deserved owing to Otiotio’s years of public service and political carrier.
He noted that the appointment was a testament to Otiotio’s steadfast commitment, visionary leadership, and unwavering dedication to the growth and development of Bayelsa State and Nigeria.

While celebrating with Otiotio on the milestone elevation, Pastor Wilson expressed the confidence that he would bring excellence and innovation to bear of his new role.
