As Osun State clocks 30 years of its creation on Friday, the Chairman Isokan South Local Council Development Area (LCDA) of the state, Prince Wasiu Oyelami, has described the state as one of the vibrant states in the country due to the unprecedented developments in all facets of human endeavours.
Prince Oyetunji made this known in a press statement issued and made available to journalists in Osogbo, Osun State capital.
The council boss, who congratulated the state governor, Mr Gboyega Oyetola, members of cabinet and that of the House of Assembly as well as the entire people of the state, said Osun has triumphed in her 39 years of her existence.
Prince Oyetunji said, “whoever that gets to Osogbo the state capital today will definitely know that Governor Oyetola’s led administration has done a lot to transform the state. The gigantic flyover at Ola-Iya which is about to be completed will equally make for easy flow of traffic and cause reduction in avoidable accidents.
“Mr Governor’s efforts on agricultural development, free health care services, welfare programmes for the aged, empowerment programmes for both the artisans, youths, commercial okada rider, transporters among other cannot be over emphasised.”
The Isokan LCDA boss, who appreciated both the traditional rulers, political office holders and entire people of his council area for their unflinching and unalloyed support to him since he assumed office, called on them to continue to support the present administration in the state.
