In response to recent reports circulating in the media, the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has vehemently denied any assertions indicating that its aircraft inadvertently caused harm to innocent civilians in Kaduna.

In an official statement, Air Commodore Edward Gabkwet, the Director of Public Relations and Information for the Nigerian Air Force, unequivocally stated that, within the past 24 hours, the NAF has not conducted any aerial operations within the borders of Kaduna State and its surrounding areas.

Gabkwet further clarified that the use of combat armed drones in the North Western region of Nigeria is not exclusive to the NAF, as various organizations are actively engaged in similar activities in the specified area.

Emphasizing the importance of accuracy and responsible journalism, Gabkwet urged media outlets to exercise due diligence by meticulously verifying and confirming reports before disseminating unverified information to the public.
