The ruling All Progressives Congress in Osun state has suspended a former commissioner for local government and chieftancy affairs, Barr. Kolapo Alimi from the party for alleged anti-party activities.
The suspension was contained in a letter obtained by The Conclave and signed by his ward Executives.
They said Alimi’s anti-party activities were detrimental to the progress of the party in the state.
According to the ward Executive Committee of the party: “We reviewed the various anti-party activities of Barr. Kolapo Moruf Alimi and concluded that he is due for suspension, as the elders and stakeholders of the party have been duly carried along and he is hereby suspended from the party (APC).
