He encouraged the rest of the family to follow in the footsteps of the late Raymond Dokpesi.

He offered prayers for the acceptance of his soul, forgiveness of his sins, and eternal rest.
Dr Mike Onolememen described Chief Dokpesi as a multitalented individual and a true asset to Nigeria, who gave a voice to the Nigerian populace by being the first private investor in broadcasting.
Onolememen highlighted the many contributions of the late Chief Dokpesi to the progress of Nigeria and celebrated his remarkable life, saying he has left a lasting legacy behind.
