The Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) has congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari on signing into law the Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB).
The Secretary General of OPEC, Dr Mohammed Barkindo, said this in a congratulatory letter released to the President on Monday.
