The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State has dismissed allegations made by the Ondo Redemption Front, a group that held a press conference in Abuja to air grievances against Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa’s administration.
According to Mr. Steve Otaloro, APC Director of Media & Publicity, “the group’s allegations are factually hollow and bereft of any constructive value.”
The party described the claims as a desperate attempt to tarnish the image of a duly elected government.
The APC highlighted the progress made under Governor Aiyedatiwa’s administration, including strides in healthcare reform and infrastructure development.
The party noted that the administration has been delivering on its electoral mandate with prudence and foresight.
The party cited the revitalization of the healthcare system, with measurable improvements across numerous facilities, as evidence of the administration’s commitment to public welfare.
The party also highlighted the state’s accelerated infrastructure development across urban and rural areas, describing it as a testament to the administration’s strategic vision for sustainable progress.
The party spokesperson emphasised that the Aiyedatiwa-led government operates strictly within the legal and constitutional framework guiding the three tiers of government.

The party stated that there had been no withholding of funds meant for local governments, but rather prudent and impactful deployment for grassroots development under the stewardship of elected council chairmen.
It therefore urged citizens to disregard the allegations, describing them as “spurious and politically motivated”.
The party reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, accountability, and inclusive development, calling on indigenes of Ondo State to rally around the administration.
“The APC remains steadfast in its resolve to safeguard the mandate given by the people and steer Ondo State towards greater heights under Governor Aiyedatiwa’s leadership,” Otaloro concluded.
