A leading aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abosede Ogo-Oluwakitan, has emerged as the party candidate for Osogbo federal constituency for the 2023 national assembly elections.
An elated Ogo-Oluwakitan attributed her victory to God Almighty, all political leaders and members of the APC for their unalloyed support given to her to emerge candidate of the party.
This was contained in a statement issued by her campaign media and publicity office and made available to The Conclave in Osogbo, the Osun state capital.
In her acceptance and thank you speech, Abosede Ogo-Oluwakitan thanked all leaders and members of the party for their unalloyed support and confidence reposed in her to be the House of Reps candidate of the party, promising that she will never disappoint anyone.
She also appreciated the Governor, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola and his wife, Alhaja Kafayat Oyetola, Prince Gboyega Famodun and his wife, Baba Adebisi Akande, Sola Akinwumi, Mama Titi-laoye Ponle, Baba Wale Lasisi, Adelakun, all stakeholders and members of the party in Osogbo, Olorunda, Irepodun, Orolu federal constituency for finding her worthy to be the party candidate of the APC, promising that she will not disappoint.
Abosede Ogo-Oluwa also extended hands of fellowship to all aspirants to rally round to support her as a sister, and the party as the victory was for all in Osogbo, Olorunda, Irepodun, Orolu federal constituency.
According to her, “the victory is not for me alone, it is for all of us and we are all winners. I feel very glad; I give thanks to God Almighty, to only him all glories belong.”
Mrs Ogo-Oluwakitan therefore enjoined party stakeholders and members to close ranks and work together for the success of the party, APC, in all elections to collectively take Osogbo federal constituency to the promised land.
Ogo-Oluwakutan also enjoined party leaders, stakeholders, members, supporters and sympathizers to assiduously work and canvass for the APC to convincingly win the forthcoming gubernatorial election in the state.
