Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki is currently in a meeting with Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Tambuwal, Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, National Chairman of the PDP, Uche Secondus and others.
Reason for the meeting is not clear but is believed to be in connection with Obaseki’s possible detection to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Meanwhile one of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship aspirant in Edo state, Engr Gideon Ikhine has denied report alluding that he has stepped down for Governor, Godwin Obaseki
Ikhine in a statement by his spokesman Tony Okonigene described such report wicked lie from the pit of hell and called on his supporters to disregard any such lies as he very much in the race and set to win the primary.
