Nigerian actress Etinosa Idemudia has criticized the management of rapper, Oladips, for orchestrating a death stunt as part of a promotional strategy for his new album.
The rapper had earlier been reportedly rushed to an undisclosed hospital due to an undisclosed illness, with his management subsequently announcing his supposed passing.
Initially, the rapper’s management shared the news of his demise on social media, stating, “We are saddened to inform the general public [sic] that Oladipupo Olabode Oladimeji, also known as OLADIPS, passed away [sic] on November 14th, Tuesday evening, at exactly 10:14 pm.”
However, this narrative took a surprising turn when one of Oladips’ associates, QDot, refuted the claims, confirming that the rapper was indeed alive and that the death announcement was a stunt to promote his album.
In response to this revelation, Etinosa took to her social media page to express her disapproval of the “death” stunt.
The actress, known for her outspoken nature, didn’t hold back in slamming Oladips’ management for resorting to such a dramatic and misleading strategy for promotional purposes.
