Nollywood actress Pat Ugwu is dead. She was aged 35. Her death was announced by an older member of the movie industry community.
The cause of her death has yet to be disclosed as of press time.
Emeka Okoye, an actor, shared the sad news of Pat’s death on his official Instagram account.
Okoye expressed sadness that he never had the chance to collaborate with her before her death.
The obituary posted on his social media page said that Pat’s family planned to hold her burial on 6th and 7th of February, 2025.
Announcing her death, Emeka wrote, “Rest in peace sis. Pat ugwu. @patpat_ugwu so we no get to work again? Death whyooo ? God please 😭😭😭. Rest in peace PAT. May your soul rest in the bosom of the Lord. God please protect all my colleagues especially those am close to. This unusual Death is frightening . I proclaim life to everyone close to me this 2025 in the precious blood of Jesus. Amen.”
