Nollywood actor Alex Ekubo has reportedly died at 40, according to an Instagram post by fellow actor Godwin Nnadiekwe.
Nnadiekwe announced the news Tuesday, writing that the industry had “lost a rare soul” and described the loss as a personal shock.
“I’m struggling to find the words. This news has truly broken me,” he posted.
He wrote: “To think you already prepared your will — it’s a heartbreak I can’t quite describe. Rest well, my friend.”
There has been no official confirmation from Ekubo’s family or management at the time of reporting.
