Chimaroke Nnamani

Former Enugu State Governor, Senator Chimaroke Nnamani has set the record straight, denying allegations that he apologised to Peter Obi for past remarks.

In a strongly-worded statement, Nnamani described the claim as “entirely false, misleading, and a deliberate act of misinformation.”

Nnamani emphasised that he had never made any apology to Peter Obi, neither in public nor in private, and that the statement circulating in the media and social platforms was a complete fabrication.

He accused those behind the story of attempting to mislead the public and advance a false narrative.

He urged the public to disregard the falsehood and cautioned against dragging his name into cheap propaganda and outright falsehoods.

Nnamani reaffirmed his commitment to issues of national importance, stating that he would not be distracted by manufactured controversies.
