In continuation of Nigerian Army clearance operations and dominating the battlefield, troops of 402 SF Brigade on 21 Feb 2022 have neutralized several ISWAP/Boko Haram terrorists at Timbuktu Triangle in Borno State.
According to senior military source, troops recovered large cache of weapons, bombs, 1 mowag APC, 1 TCV, amongst others.
The source also confirmed that troops of 26 Task Force brigade conducted clearance operation and aggressive patrol to Fadagwe village and adjoining settlements in Borno State.
He said the terrorists withdrew in disarray due to troops superior firepower, adding that several operational vehicles of the terrorists were recovered
