Nigerian Air Force on Thursday said the first batch of six A-29 Super Tucano aircraft has arrived in Kano, North Western Nigeria.
Director of Public Relations and Information, Nigerian Air Force, Air Commodore Edward Gabkwet, said the first batch of A-29 Super Tucano aircraft arrived in Kano about 12.34pm.
Gabkwet said Minister of Defence, Major General Bashir Magashi (retd), Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Faruk Yahaya and Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Oladayo Amao were on hand to receive the aircraft.
