Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), on Sunday night, announced 100 new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of infections in the country to 55,005 cases.
The agency also confirmed 3 new deaths as the deaths figure increased from 1,054 on Saturday night to 1,057 deaths on Sunday night.
The health agency disclosed that Lagos had the highest record of the new cases with -39, FCT-22, Kaduna-19, Oyo-7, Ebonyi-6, Edo-3, Katsina-1, Ekiti-1, Bauchi-1 and Nasarawa-1.
The data from the health agency disclosed that there were 10,935 active cases while 43,013 patients had been successfully managed and discharged.
