Ned Nwoko of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has won the Delta North Senatorial district election in the Saturday’s national assembly polls.
Nwoko polled 92,514 votes from the nine LGAs of Delta North to defeat his closest rival, Mr Kennedy Kamma, of the Labour Party (LP) who garnered 86,121 votes.
Incumbent Senator Peter Nwaoboshi of the All Progressives Congress (APC) came third with 36,816 votes.
