Ezhiba Community in Nasarawa State has appealed to Gov. Abdullahi Sule to construct over 5KM Ezhiba/Akpata road in the community to improve on the standard of living of the people of the community.
Chief Danlami Umbugadu, the Village Head of the community made the appeal when he led members of the community on a visit to Dr Garba Adigizi, Administrator, Akun Area Administrative Council in Akpata.
Umbugadu said that the construction of the road would boost agriculture and the socio- economic activities of the people of the area.
” This road is in bad shape, our people and other people are suffering while plying the road.
” We want to appeal to His Excellency, Gov. Abdullahi Sule to construct our road to improve on our standard of living ,” he said
Umbugadu also appealed to the governor to employ as well as appoint sons and daughters of the community into different government positions in the state.
He assured the governor and the Administrator of their loyalty and support.
Also Speaking, Mr Lami Martina Bako, former Speaker of Akun Development Area, Mr Charles Jatau Shari, a retired Director, State Ministry of Education and Mr Umbugadu Angbashim, the Chairman of the community, assured the governor and the Administrator of their support.

Responding, the Administrator of Akun Area Administrative Council appreciated the community for the visit, and assured them of his support and partnership for the development of the community.
He also assured them of all inclusive leadership for the unity, peace and development of the community.
The Administrator assured of his readiness to initiate good policies and programmes that would have direct bearing on the lives of the people of the community.
