Otunba Sayo Akintola has been appointed the Resident Media and Communication Consultant to the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control NAFDAC.
The University of Ibadan graduate of Linguistics was, until his recent appointment, Group Business Editor of Nigerian Tribune.
He was also previously Head of Media at the Bureau of Public Enterprises BPE in Abuja in 2005.
He was with the Quadrant Company limited, a leading PR agency in Lagos.
He worked as the General Manager at IMS Advertising, Lagos before he set up his own Integrated Marketing Communication outfit, Octopus Communication in 2012.
Mr Akintola is the publisher of the online Media platform, World Street Journal.
