The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Dr. Mohammed Bello, has responded to the query issued by the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan, over a N119 billion alleged financial misconduct while he was permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
He stated clearly that all transaction at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development were approved through administrative process and principles as traditional in the conduct of Government business
