MTN Nigeria has issued an official apology over network fluctuations, assuring customers that services have been fully restored.
There were widespread complaints since Friday over a major network outage that left subscribers unable to access internet services.
In a message to affected users, the telecom giant stated: “Dear customer, we sincerely apologize for the challenges experienced with internet services yesterday in parts of Lagos State.
“This has been resolved, and services are fully restored. Thank you for your understanding.”
The outage resulted in frustrations as customers struggled with disrupted communication and financial transactions.
Many had taken to social media to air their grievances.
