Minority Reps condole PDP National Organising Secretary, Umar Bature on mother’s death

The Minority Caucus in the House of Representatives has condoled with the National Organising Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Hon. Umar M. Bature over the death of his mother, Hajiya Aisha Mohammed Bature.

In a statement by the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Ndudi Elumelu, the caucus shares in the grief of Hon. Bature and his family knowing the pain of losing a dearly beloved mother such as Hajiya Bature.

The caucus added that she was a devout Muslim; an exceptionally virtues, compassionate and graceful lady who lived as a source of inspiration and succor to many.

“We believe that Hon. Bature’s sense of courage, commitment to duty, service to our fatherland and humanity in general stem from virtues imparted in him by his mother.

“We pray to God to give Hon Bature and his family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss. Please accept our heartfelt sympathy and may God grant her an eternal rest in peace. Amen,” the statement read.
