Alhaji Mansur Nuhu Bamalli, Nigeria’s Ambassador to Morocco, is dead.

He was aged 42 and a Prince of Zazzau Emirate in Kaduna State.

Reports said that Mansur was the Magajin Garin Zazzau and younger brother to the incumbent Emir of Zazzau, Amb. Nuhu Bamalli.

A statement by the Media and Publicity officer of the Zazzau Emirate Council, Abubakar Sadiq Mohammed, on Friday, said Ambassador Bamalli died at a private hospital in Lagos while on transit to Morocco this Friday.

The statement added that “funeral prayers will be announced later.”

He is survived by a wife and two children.

Recall that former President Muhammadu Buhari had appointed the deceased to the ambassadorial position in 2022.
