Tragedy struck at Kogi State Polytechnic, on Thursday, March 26, 2026, when a lecturer, Anselm Ahman Victory Ojodomo, collapsed and died mid-lecture.
Reports said the incident caused panic among students and colleagues on the campus.
He was said to have been immediately attended to and rushed to a nearby medical facility for urgent treatment.
However, despite efforts by medical personnel to save him, he passed away.
News of his death has since gone viral, with students and colleagues taking to social media to mourn him.
