—“No hiding place for traffickers” – Marwa—
NDLEA Chairman/CEO, Brig. Gen. Mohamed Buba Marwa (rtd), commended officers for the arrests and seizures. He said the agency’s “balanced approach” of drug supply reduction and demand reduction through the War Against Drug Abuse, WADA, campaign was yielding results.
“Traffickers should know there’s no hiding place. We’ll keep tightening the noose,” Marwa said.
NDLEA added that WADA sensitization programs continued nationwide in schools, workplaces & communities across Cross River, Taraba, Lagos & Anambra.
