President of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, Comrade Joe Ajaero, said the federal government had fulfilled part of the agreement with the union to ensure the refinery worked.
Ajaero spoke during a visit to the facility where other Labour leaders took turns to confirm that the refinery has been operating, producing and trucking out products.
