“Kwara Must Change” excited about the future of Kwara as Gov Abdulrahman commences second term

A leading Pro-Democracy group, Kwara Must Change, has expressed its excitement in the progressive and development path the state of harmony had committed itself to even as it expressed high level of confidence in the vision, capacity and commitment of the Kwara State governor, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq.

Kwara Must Change said that the people of kwara state had nothing to worry about, because the state was in good hands and it would continue the unprecedented transformation, whose foundation had been solidly laid, since the otoge political revolution ushered in the administration.

In a statement by the Convener of Kwara Must Change, Abdulrazaq Hamzat, the group said that, the inauguration of Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq for second term was the beginning of transformative era in Kwara State, after successfully cleaning the rot, covering the ditch and repositioning the state of affairs in the first term.

According to Hamzat, “we understand that Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq’s first term is a kind of labor work, where the government is focused on rescue missions, responding to emergencies and laying foundation for greater development.

“As governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq takes his oath of office for the second term, we are confident that lessons learnt in his first term will serve as valuable insight that would guide speedy implementation of enterprising and developmental projects.”

Hamzat also congratulated the governor on emerging as chairman of Nigeria’s Governor’s Forum, as well as earning a national honour simultaneously.

He noted that the multiple honours and goodwill coming the way of the governor were an indication of better days ahead, and he urged all Kwarans to continue to cooperate with the government to maintain this path of excellence.
