Former governor of Kano State and presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Rabiu Kwankwaso, reportedly fell off a campaign platform.
The incident was captured in a trending online video.
Reports doing the rounds dis not indicate where and when the incident hapoened.
The NNPP presidential candidate, according to reports, had been on a North West campaign in the last two days.
He reportedly visited Jigawa and Kano States – where he was received by huge crowd.
Watchers of the development claimed he pulled mire crowd than the APC and PDP.
An online medium- 247ureports.com- said it contacted the Kwankwaso team, but that none of the team members were immediately willingly to talk on record.
But it said that one of the aides told its correspondent that it was “incorrect information, Sir. The man that fell is Maliki Kuliya Umar, Kwankwaso’s one time Commissioner of Justice. The incident happened at one of the wards in the city”
