The campaign started with an introductory lecture by the Kleo Aid Foundation for Children Volunteers Team Lead, Ozubulu Community, Emmanuel Adah Edoh where he appreciated the corp members for their willingness to execute the awareness campaign as an act of volunteerism and service to humanity.

He also enlightened them on the signs and symptoms of TB, the preventive measures, and also the need to end stigmatization of victims.

He rounded off the lecture by encouraging them to go out to the streets of Ozubulu to enlighten the public on TB.

The peak of the campaign was the road show where Shop owners, hawkers, keke driver and okada riders were all sensitized by the 37 Corps Members and volunteers who matched out.

There was a light refreshment for the corps members as they all returned to the LGA secretariat after the exercise and group pictures taken.

The Executive Director, Mr Emmanuel Obi Esq. who was unavoidably absent sent his regards to all participants via the social media and encouraged them on the essence of “Good Deeds” Day.
